At the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, ROISERV has won consecutive honors. Recently, China Property Think Tank, a well-known consulting institution in the property management industry, released the 2025 research results on "good services" in the property management industry in North China and Northeast China. This research is based on the "deterministic value model of good services" proposed by China Property Think Tank as the core framework, and systematically analyzes the implementation paths and regional characteristics of "good services" in the property management industry in North China and Northeast China from seven dimensions: cultural values, service systems, quality control, community governance, human resource organization, technology application, and value visibility.
